Getting Back to Basics
Today is a glorious day on the coast of Maine. It really feels like spring and quite possibly every remnant of snow is gone.
We packed up some sandwiches and took a drive to a spectacular location called Ocean Point.
Ocean Point, Maine
It’s all ocean, rocks, sun, seagulls and charming cottages typically owned for several generations. Many people were there parked by the ocean, climbing on the rocks, or walking the narrow road winding along the shoreline - and lots of dogs of course. Then I was struck by a “silver lining” moment. As I told my kids, there is ALWAYS a silver lining - and sometimes you have to be patient as it’s revealed. In “today’s economy” riddled with belief of financial challenge (yup - I am one of those who refuses to participate in a “R”) I believe many people will find joy, entertainment or recreation in the simpler aspects of life, like a visit to Ocean Point.
Now how does this relate to getting “Back to Basics” in business? I help businesses keep in touch with clients and prospective clients, generate more referrals, close more sales…. as well as marketing services. My program is effective, easy to implement and maintain, and…..it’s affordable! Without doubt a “Back to Basics” strategy for building and maintaining strong relationships. How do you effectively keep up with your marketing - or relationship marketing - with less dollars to work with? Please share your tips!
